When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
When you fill in a contact form on our website (such as our customer support form) the information you provide will not be stored on our website. One copy of the information you provided will be sent to the email address you have provided, another copy will be sent to our customer support email address. After your request has been handled by customer support, the information will be saved for a maximum of one year to facilitate any possible follow up requests. When our customer support team contacts you in relation to your request, you can always request for the immediate deletion of the information you have provided.
AquaSound uses the reCAPTCHA (v3) service provided by Google Inc. (Google) to protect data sent via this website. This function checks that a message is sent by a person in order to prevent ‘spam bots’ from, for example, automatically sending messages or leaving comments. A visitor’s IP address and possibly other data are sent in order for the Google reCAPTCHA v3 to work. The content of a message is sent to and processed by Google. The IP address is abbreviated and thus made anonymous in countries belonging to the EU and states participating in the European Economic Area treaty. In exceptional cases, the IP address is transmitted in full to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this data to evaluate your use of the service. The IP address transmitted by reCAPTCHA will not be merged with other Google data.
By using the AquaSound website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above, using reCAPTCHA v3.
